Redesigning the largest loyalty program in the world
IKEA Family Keys changed the equation for customer loyalty, from a discount driven point of sale service, to a helping hand through the IKEA ecosystem. IKEA’s loyalty program was redesigned to create engagement and drive lifetime value by becoming part of their inspiration, planning and implementation journey. This project was worked on as one of two designers on Fahrenheit 212’s Idea Dev team.
